- 30 minute introductory phone meeting with lead coordinator
- Unlimited emails from the time you book till the day you say I DO
- Up to 2 – 1 hour phone or zoom call
- 2 in person meetings (Includes initial meeting and walkthrough)
- Floor plan creation assistance
- 1 hour rehearsal with coordinator (Travel fees apply)

- Custom Timelines provided for bridal party and immediate family
- Vendor and wedding day management
- Collection of vendor COI’s & required documents
- Send final timeline and floor plan details to your vendors

On the day of your event we will:
- Oversee vendors arrivals, setup, and pickups
- Coordinator onsite for up to 10 hours Day of the event
- Provide essential “Emergency Kit” elements such as, stain wipes, sewing kit, first aid kit, etc…
- Setup escort cards, and or place cards, menus, programs, & favors
- Set up Decor, Guest book table, Gift/Card Table, Signage, Table Numbers, Table Top Decor
- Cue timeline for moments to include ceremony, grand entrances, speeches, cake cutting ,etc…
- Aid guests with transitioning rooms and finding seats
- Distribute final payments and gratuities as necessary
- Clean up and ensure the end of event arrangements are made for items such as gifts, guest book, toasting flute, left over favors, signage, etc.
